Innovation Consulting

Our consulting services are always related to innovation. We have the fundamental approaches which we pursue, summarized in the D3 Framework for Innovation and Service. These include, among others, to not compromise on the customers’ needs, to make interdisciplinary teams work iteratively, or even understand and write business processes and IT requirements.

Newly, we help you generate ideas. Because of our background, we question the artistic value of traditional brainstorming. We will help you differently, for instance by involving your customers and your suppliers.

Workshops

So far, we perform two types of workshops:

Workshops on innovation strategy help you to understand after two days to knowing what innovation strategy is right for you, and what activities you need to perform additionaly, or which ones you can ommit. Our tool for innovation strategy Chogo.me provides you quickly, with only six questions and iterative application to get a first indication.

Innovation is a big word. Sometimes it is better to help the product management team to develop fully. We have prepared one or more day workshops that bring you closer to principles of new product development. In this respect we work with the PDMA.

Innovation Agency

We also undertake regular and innovative activities for you outside of your premise. That includes to support innovation campaignes for you, and configure the chosen software for ideas and Innovatonsmanagement. In addition, we find out what your customers really helps further. Therefore we try to understand your customers, and not only to question them.
