On this English website we will present analyses and comments on topical issues of our major business areas. We monitor new developments ongoing and define scope of actions possible for our customers. We plan to publish several times a year.
Cridon offers services for business development, product development as well as the design and implementation of business processes. Our business areas are:
- Business Development: we accompany the complete process of setting up new businesses. Strategic options hereby reach from sustaining successful proceedings to the introduction of disruptive approaches. We think, one major value add is to support classical enterprises making use of the internet and communication techniques. Certainly your revenue and earnings expectations, and most of all the end customer, are most important for us.
- Product Development: We actively develop new products or join your efforts in doing so. This will bring new perspectives to your efforts and will speed up your time to market. Also, we identify innovation strategies, analyze product portfolios or advise while developing product development processes.
- Process Management: We have conducted a variety of projects from complete re-design of business process to gradual improvements. We typically start with assessing the status of current processes and the definition and acclamation of business principles. Future processes, „make or buy“ decisions, requirement definition and the selection of vendors by RfI (Request for Information) and RfP (Request for Proposal) follow thereafter.
We put emphasis on the sectors information and communication technologies, internet and media. Also customer care, sales and marketing belong to our main competence areas. Most articles or white papers on this website will discuss related subjects.

I think this is a great post. One thing that I find the most helpful is number five. Sometimes when I write, I just let the flow of the words and information come out so much that I loose the purpose. It’s only after editing when I realize what I’ve done. There’s defiantly a lot of great tips here I’m going to try to be more aware of.
